A Fairytale Wedding: Rachel & Adrian’s Magical Day at Barberstown Castle

On the sunny day of August 9th, 2024, Rachel Boland and Adrian O'Higgins exchanged vows in the charming St. Bridget's Church in Milltown. The historic church, adorned with delicate floral arrangements, provided an intimate setting for the couple's heartfelt ceremony. As Rachel walked down the aisle, guests were captivated by her radiant smile and elegant gown, while Adrian's eyes reflected deep admiration and love.​

Following the ceremony, the celebration moved to the enchanting Barberstown Castle. The castle's timeless architecture and lush gardens offered a picturesque backdrop for the day's festivities. Guests were treated to a delightful cocktail hour on the manicured lawns, basking in the perfect August weather. The reception hall, with its rustic charm and ambient lighting, set the stage for an evening of joy and celebration.​

As evening descended, the celebration reached new heights with performances by Sway Social. This all-male quartet, renowned for their harmonious vocals and dynamic stage presence, kept the dance floor alive. Their extensive repertoire catered to all musical tastes, ensuring that guests of all ages were entertained. The band's genuine camaraderie and passion for music resonated with everyone, making the night truly unforgettable. ​


Throughout the day, both the newlyweds and their bridal party exuded happiness and enthusiasm. Their infectious energy set the tone for a celebration filled with laughter, love, and memorable moments. From heartfelt speeches to spontaneous dance-offs, the joy was palpable.​
